Vision

To create harmonious relationships between employer and entertainer and create systems that ensure the success of our members  and our employers both in the short term and long term thus being the ultimate association that effect change and growth for the Jamaican entertainers.

Mission

The Jamaica Association Entertainers’ is geared at creating a united process for the Jamaican entertainers to effect improvements and standards in the entertainment industry. 

 

Strategic Objectives

  1. To create an association of entertainers and entertainment support personnel having a united voice.
  2. To supervise the standard and quality of entertainment
  3. Assisting in the unearthing and the growth of Jamaican talents
  4. Providing resource and assistance for entertainers
  5. Establishing benefits for entertainers
  1. Establishing contracts for entertainers
  2. Defining rules, guidelines and requirements for entertainers
  3. Collecting and disseminating industry information and changes to members thus being the representative and link in any industry changes and policies.
  4. To assist in obtaining employment opportunities for our members
  5. To assist in establishing overseas performing, recording, copyrighting and publishing contacts
  6. Establishing records and data clearinghouse that track the development of the sector and provides collateral resources to stakeholders
  7. Providing the proper locus and recognition of the value of entertainers to the Tourism, Entertainment and Cultural Product
