Biography
Hearing about the emergence of Showjam Promotions and all the talents that they are steering towards musical careers; four boys decided to try their luck to be signed with the western company. On hearing them, Showjam identified potential and they were sent into rehearsals. A month later they were evaluated and sent back into rehearsals for another month. Thereafter they were sent to the stage to prove their skills. Soon the name was changed from Vocal Elements to TRN ‘ T o R ock the N ation' and two of the four members were replaced. TRN has since been working steadily and consistently receives great reviews. They entered the Rising Stars Competition (Jamaican Idol version) and did very well placing as studio finalist. TRN celebrates their first year as a group in December however they have done quite well to be able to be compared to way more seasoned talents. They have been doing local showings to expose their talents to Jamaicans but nightly they are touring the north coast circuit. With much rehearsals being put in, they are gearing up for the next segment of their career in early 2008 which is writing and recording. TRN is definitely set for greatness and with their positive attitude they worth setting an eye on.
